i need to expand my web design can you help me . i mean i only have a site but i dont know how to do it. its not a comment but the truth is i like the design of your website

Aloha Yvonne, I love this post! I read the following quote yesterday, and what you have done with your thought-provoking essay reminded me of it, because you so magnificently achieved it:
"The skill of writing is to create a context in which other people can think." ---Edwin Schlossberg
"Strength" has always been one of my very favorite words because I feel there is so much complexity to how people define their strengths. More often than not, their discussion will be a positive and dynamic one about optimizing and not diminishing. It's never struck me that the word "strong" is much different, and as good as I feel my paradigm has been, making me comfortable with it, I love that you challenged me anyway. Hurrah! So very well done.
