You are just as smart as any of the women featured on this show. The reason for the videos is to help women everywhere learn and grow and realize - you have what it takes. If I can do it, and I have, you can do it too!

Wendy Toth is one of the BEST examples of this. She tells us in this video how she got her start, both in her career path and in her ‘life path’. Sometimes those gel together well, sometimes they don't. It's when they don't that we often give up and think it isn't meant to be - this business we want to create or nurture. We think the Universe doesn't want us to succeed.

And too often, once we're in that maze, the one someone else designed, and we keep going round and round in circles, like a rat looking for its cheese, we stop trying hard enough. 

Truth is, that maze is not that hard to find your way out of. You just need the right helping hand.

It’s Wendy’s destiny to work with women in mid-career. It’s her passion for helping others plan their career moved and become as fulfilled as she is, in the work they do.
